Touch Sessions

There will be touch sessions every Sunday at Pusat Belia from 4.30 onwards (5 if it's a lazy day!) except if Miri is experiencing rain and lightning. Guys, girls, experienced, newbies of all ages are welcome.

Under 18s Friendly Tourney - Announcement

Please be informed that on the day of this tournament (13 Dec 09) players, officials and supporters are advised to bring own shade, food and drinks as the University canteen will be closed and there might be a lack of shade. Alternatively, bring money for lunch. :)

MDRU Meeting and Dinner

Please be informed that the meeting has been move to MCC ROOM at the Miri City Council at 5:30pm followed by dinner at Taman Selera.

Training During Puasa Month

Good time to come for training at Pusat Belia, Miri, as the padang isn’t so crowded as many of the regular footballers seem to have stopped training temporarily for this month. So please come for training as indicated previously.

Training for touch will be as follows:

Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays (with contact team)

Time : 5.30p.m. onwards

Saturdays

Time : 4.30p.m. onwards

Sundays

Venue : Pusat Belia/ Esplanade

Time : 4.30p.m. onwards
